Regional Director of Sales (Senior Living)
Wage: $90,000-$100,000
The Regional Director of Sales leads and supports Sales Coordinators, Specialists, and Directors to drive occupancy through strategic sales initiatives and relationship-building. This role provides coaching, mentorship, and field support to optimize sales performance and community growth.
What You'll Do:
  • Coach and mentor sales and operations teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Analyze sales metrics, referral sources, and conversion rates to guide strategy.
  • Deliver field training on sales processes, lead management, touring protocols, and business development.
  • Oversee pre-marketing for new or acquired communities.
  • Monitor budgets and resource allocation to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and effective marketing materials.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and motivating sales professionals.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in senior living sales/operations.
  • 3-5 years of senior living sales, marketing, or operations experience.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver's license.
