We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Team Manager (Americas) to lead sales growth across the United States and the broader Americas region.


This role is responsible for building and executing the regional sales strategy while leading a team of sales professionals to achieve strong commercial results. The position oversees the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing strategic opportunities and expanding key accounts.

The Regional Sales Manager will guide and develop a team of account managers and inside sales professionals while also leading major customer engagements. Success in this role requires a strong sales background, leadership capability, and the ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. The role works closely with marketing, engineering, product management, and customer success teams to ensure successful customer adoption and long-term partnerships.

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individualโ€™s unique set of knowledge, skills, education, experience and geographic location, as well as internal equity.


Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, including managing sales or account management teams at a senior level.
  • Proven success developing new business and expanding strategic customer relationships.
  • Experience selling industrial automation products, sensors, or measurement technologies to customers such as robotics, packaging, medical devices, machine builders, construction, or agriculture is an advantage.
  • Strong background in strategy, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM reporting with a disciplined approach to forecasting and opportunity management.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements and multi-year contracts with large global customers.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, work under deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
