Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Hourly Rate: $45.00-$60.00 per hour

Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is seeking school-based Clinical Fellowship Year Speech Language Pathologists (CFY-SLPs) and licensed Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in the Memphis, Tennessee area. This position involves providing speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students within school settings. Clinical supervision and ongoing training are provided for eligible candidates. Interviews are scheduled to begin after spring break for positions starting in August 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
  • Hours per week: Full-time school-based hours
  • Contract length: August 2026 – May 2027

• Key Duties:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students
  • Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
  • Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding therapy plans and student progress

Requirements

• Education

  • Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field

• Licenses & Certifications

  • Required: Active or temporary Tennessee Speech Language Pathologist license, or currently in the process of obtaining licensure
