We are a family-owned business that is well established in both retail and the promotional products industry. The company is seeking a Director of Promotional Channel Growth. This position reports to the company president and is responsible for growth within the promotional products industry. This growth will come from a combination of new clients as well as increased SKU penetration within the company’s existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience building a repeatable growth system that scaled to a $10 million book of promo business as well as increasing margins. Experience in formalizing quarterly business planning to achieve the company’s growth is also required.
