Clinics Can Help (CCH) collects, refurbishes, and redistributes durable medical equipment (DME) to children and adults in need-advancing health equity, mobility, safety, and independence. We are seeking a hands-on, mission-driven Director of Programs to lead our program operations and help strengthen our impact across Palm Beach County and beyond.

About the Role

The Director of Programs oversees all CCH programs-including the Lending Closet, KINDER, CRIBs, Wheels for Wheels, International Relief, and related initiatives. This role manages program staff, ensures safety and quality in all DME handling processes, oversees database and reporting systems, supports volunteers, and collaborates closely with leadership and development teams. Ideal candidates are operationally strong, people-centered, and passionate about serving our community.

ยท Lead day-to-day operations for all CCH programs.

ยท Supervise, coach, and develop program staff.

ยท Ensure safe, efficient handling, refurbishment, and distribution of DME.
