  • Audit Readiness: Drive the financial health of the program by guiding the accounting department through rigorous government audits (DCAA/DCMA), indirect cost-rate applications, and strict budget adherence.
  • Contract Negotiation: Serve as the primary administrative liaison with corporate management and NNSA/DOE contracting officers, establishing, negotiating, and administering business services to exceed contractual obligations.

4. Information Technology Governance Focus:

  • IT Governance & Systems Alignment: Establish and oversee the information technology governance framework, policies, standards, and controls to ensure the security, integrity, compliance, and effective management of enterprise technology resources and IT frameworks.
  • Cybersecurity Oversight: Guide and supervise the organization's cybersecurity program, ensuring the absolute protection of information systems, critical infrastructure, and digital assets through effective governance, proactive risk management, and rapid incident response.
  • Data Protection & Federal Compliance: Apply robust knowledge of cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST controls) and manage secure system integrations necessary to protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and sensitive government contractor data.

5. Enterprise Logistics & Infrastructure

  • Logistical Frameworks: Manage complex logistical frameworks, ensuring that company transportation assets, communications systems (including radio maintenance), and inventory/supply chains are fully operational, compliant, and integrated.
