) As the Director of Sales and Marketing, with Cascades of Bend, you're responsible for effectively marketing and conveying what makes Cascade Living different from other communities not only to seniors, but also by building a network of contacts both within healthcare and outside the senior living industry.
What we look for in a Director of Sales and Marketing:

  • Someone with at least 2 years' experience in Sales and/or Marketing, ideally in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Driven to achieve occupancy success by hitting monthly and quarterly move-in goals
  • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small-group presentations
  • Have in-depth knowledge of competitors and community sources
  • Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table
  • Flexible schedule, including working weekends
  • Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
  • Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite as well as the ability to learn new applications

What you'll do as the Director of Sales and Marketing:
  • Lead the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets
  • Market outside the community in a variety of ways to attract potential residents and their families to come in and tour
  • Achieve the necessary number of leads by following up on all inquiries and staying in constant contact with warm leads
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Conduct tours for prospects while on-site at the community
  • Develop and coach your team to conduct tours for prospects
  • Establish tour paths, maintain models, and contribute to supporting the overall clean presentation of the community.
  • Develop relationships and create professional referrals with a variety of contacts including social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders.
  • Organizes targeted special events on a monthly basis
  • Conducts extensive competitor analysis and tours competitor communities regularly
  • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Group

$65,000 - $70,000/annually + amazing commission potential
