This critical role involves leading the program management function for a business or a group of businesses. The Director will be responsible for overseeing several related programs, ensuring that overall goals are met, and adhering to government regulations and management objectives. This position requires close collaboration with internal functions responsible for product design, production, delivery, and customer support, as well as fostering customer relationships.

Job Core Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Oversight and Direction: Provide strategic leadership across new programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Program Development and Compliance: Create and revise program plans, policies, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with government regulations and management objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to facilitate product design, production, delivery, and support.
