Salary Range: $45.00-$60.00 Hourly

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Physical Therapist to lead their Rehabilitation Department as the Director of Rehabilitation in Stockton, CA. This leadership role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services, managing a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with strong managerial skills to foster a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of the Rehabilitation Department, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services.
