  • Own inventory management strategy and execution across the network, ensuring optimal inventory levels, improved accuracy, minimized waste and obsolescence, and strong in-stock performance while balancing service levels and working capital targetsย
  • Drive large-scale cost savings and network optimization initiatives, including transportation efficiencies, inventory optimization, and distribution redesign efforts ย
  • Develop scalable logistics processes, KPIs, and reporting that improve visibility, accountability, and decision-makingย
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, speed, waste reduction, and operational resilience ย
  • Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Operations, Supply Planning, and Manufacturing to align logistics execution with business priorities and growth plansย

  • Help shape the next phase of Good Culture's supply chain as we continue to scale rapidlyย

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:ย

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution ย
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders ย
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes in a growing business environment ย
  • Bachelor's degree required; supply chain or operations concentration preferred
  • Dairy or cultured dairy experience, especially yogurt or refrigerated products ย
  • Early career experience in a large CPG environment with exposure to best practices and operational rigor ย
  • Experience transitioning from large, structured organizations into smaller, high-growth businesses
  • A builder mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgencyย
