About the Role:

As a Site Director, you will strategically lead warehouse operations to achieve performance goals and OKRs. Your focus will be on process improvement, P&L management, and ensuring safety compliance. You will oversee warehouse operations by coaching, mentoring, and directing site leaders across multiple warehouses. This role involves managing through leaders, including succession and development planning for their teams. You will manage the P&L and work closely with the RVP to identify process improvements and network-wide initiatives.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $160,000 annually

The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Additionally, Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited PTO for exempt level roles.

Responsibilities: Operational Leadership & Strategy
  • Hub & Spoke Management: Strategically lead warehouses to ensure seamless logistics flow and the achievement of performance goals and OKRs.

  • Network Initiatives: Partner with the Regional Vice President (RVP) to identify, design, and execute network-wide initiatives that drive operational excellence across the region.

  • Process Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions to enhance throughput and efficiency.

Financial & Performance Management
  • P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the regional Profit & Loss (P&L), managing budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses to meet financial targets.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytical skills and tools (Excel/Google Sheets) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure 100% safety compliance across all sites, fostering a "safety-first" culture and maintaining adherence to all regulatory and company standards.

People Leadership & Development
  • Managing Through Leaders: Direct, coach, and mentor leaders across warehouse, empowering them to manage their individual teams effectively.

  • Talent Pipeline: Lead succession planning and professional development for the leadership tier, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent prepared for future growth.

  • Culture Building: Act as a champion for Veho’s values, fostering a high-performance, merit-based environment where team members are motivated to "Team Up" and "Drive Impact."

Physical & Tactical Execution
  • On-the-Floor Presence: Maintain a high level of visibility within the warehouses, which includes standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs during peak operational needs or site audits.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for market operational updates, communicating clearly and effectively with both executive leadership and frontline teams.

Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in warehouse operations management.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience leading both direct and indirect reports.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Proven track record of managing P&L and driving operational excellence in a high-growth environment.

  • Experience leading large-scale, network-wide initiatives.
