expanding through New York City, our studios deliver a 50-minute full-body, high-intensity Pilates
experience in a sleek, elevated space that feels like a first-class escape. Every detail, from the
instruction, DJ-curated playlists, and premium equipment to the studio atmosphere, is designed to
inspire results, confidence, and community.
About the Role
We’re hiring an exceptional Director of Operations to oversee and scale JETSET Pilates studios in New
York City. This role will lead multiple studio locations (including existing Gramercy, NoHo, and Park
Avenue studios), manage and develop General Managers, and drive performance across the platform
while executing new studio openings.
As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring each studio operates at the highest level
of performance, consistency, and client experience. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone
who thrives on accountability, growth, and building a best-in-class multi-unit fitness platform.
What You’ll Do
• Own performance across all studio locations, driving revenue, utilization, retention, and
profitability
• Lead, coach, and manage General Managers, building a high-performing and accountable
leadership team
• Execute new studio openings including hiring, training, and launch readiness
• Implement and scale operating systems, including SOPs, reporting, and a consistent
performance cadence across studios
• Drive studio-level sales execution, ensuring strong membership growth, retention, and lead
conversion
• Collaborate on local marketing execution to support studio growth and pre-opening ramp
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience aligned with JETSET’s premium brand
standards

• Identify and resolve operational issues across studios, maintaining smooth and efficient day-to-
day execution

• Oversee facilities, equipment, and vendor management to maintain a best-in-class studio
environment
• Manage staffing strategy across locations, ensuring proper coverage, labor efficiency, and team
structure
• Partner with ownership on expansion, providing operational input on new locations and overall
growth strategy

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience managing multiple locations in fitness, hospitality, retail, or a similar
consumer-facing business
• Experience opening new locations or leading multi-site operational rollouts
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Data-driven operator with the ability to manage performance through KPIs and metrics
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Clear, confident communicator with a polished presence
• High ownership mentality with strong accountability and problem-solving ability
• Tech-savvy and proficient with POS systems (MindBody preferred), reporting tools, and standard
business software
• Passion for health, fitness, and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends as needed to support studio
operations and openings
