Summary: The Director of Operations & Expansion will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's operational strategy. This individual will be responsible for overseeing optimizing organizational processes, ensuring operational consistency across all locations, and assisting expansion refresh initiatives as they arise.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong strategic acumen-someone who leads in the field, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 07:00 AM to 01:00 PM

Compensation: This salaried, exempt position pays from $120,000 to $160,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses (based on performance).
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and refine scalable systems and processes to support growth.
  • Oversee space planning and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure excellence in fulfillment operation, including pick, pack, ship, and delivery processes, with an unwavering focus on safety, accuracy, speed, inventory and operational discipline.
  • Establish and maintain operational standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all sites.
  • Serve as a visible and engaged leader, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop management teams to enhance leadership capability at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align operational goals with company strategy.
  • Lead the planning and execution of operational refresh/expansion strategies across multiple regions.
  • Travel as needed to operational sites to provide on-the-ground leadership and support.
  • Uphold the organization's values of humility, honesty, and integrity in all interactions.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, expansion, or multi-site management.
  • Proven track record of scaling operational functions in a complex or high-growth environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a people-first leadership approach.
