A full service hotel property in Greenville, SC is looking for a great Director of Operations to add to their team!
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience, preferably within a full-service or upscale property.
  • Previous experience as a Director of Operations, Hotel Manager, Assistant General Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Previous experience in full service hotel properties required
  • Rooms and Food & Beverage operational background.
Requirements:
  • Oversee daily hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Guest Services, and other operational departments.
  • Partner with the General Manager to develop and execute strategies that improve guest satisfaction, profitability, and overall hotel performance.
  • Lead and develop department heads and operational leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
  • Oversee the hotel's restaurant, bar, lounge, café, in-room dining, and banquet operations.
  • Monitor hotel P&L performance, labor costs, departmental expenses, and operational budgets.
