Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21/hrShift: Rotating days and nights (DuPont schedule)
  • Week 1: 4 night shifts, 3 days off
  • Week 2: 3 day shifts, 1 day off
  • Week 3: 3 night shifts, 3 days off
  • Week 4: 4 day shifts, 7 days off

Out of every 28-day period, you work 14 days and have 14 days off. You work approximately 6 months out of the year. Excellent opportunities to earn additional income through overtime.

  • Following established protocols, procedures, and safety requirements
  • Collaborating with team members and management to meet daily production targets
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have at least 1 year of material handling experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (required)
  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Are experienced in operating forklifts, cranes, or similar industrial equipment
  • Are comfortable with manufacturing workflow and basic safety procedures
  • Have manufacturing system or ERP experience (SAP preferred)
  • Are a reliable team player, proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator
