Join our team at Encore at Parkside in Newark, DE as a Staff Development & Infection Control Registered Nurse (RN). This leadership role focuses on staff education, orientation, and infection prevention programs to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. The hours will be 11am-7pm.

Work closely with the Director of Nursing to support staff training, oversee infection control practices, and promote a culture of safety and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation and ongoing education programs for nursing staff
• Conduct training, in-services, and competency evaluations
• Maintain staff education records and training materials
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Oversee the facility Infection Control Program and infection tracking logs
• Ensure staff complete required infection control training and vaccination documentation
• Participate in Quality Assurance, Safety, and Infection Control committees

Qualifications
