Join our team at Encore at Parkside in Newark, DE as a Staff Development & Infection Control Registered Nurse (RN). This leadership role focuses on staff education, orientation, and infection prevention programs to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Coordinate orientation and ongoing education programs for nursing staff
โ€ข Conduct training, in-services, and competency evaluations
