Job description

Fox Hollow Post Acute is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our long-term care team.

The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations, staff supervision, resident care, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and staff education. This position plays an important role in maintaining high standards of clinical care and supporting a strong nursing team.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced long-term care environment.
  • Long-term care/skilled nursing facility experience required
  • Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and regulatory requirements
