This role involves expertise in AAAHC, State and federal compliance policies and procedures. State inspection. Strategic planning, policy development, budget management, and coordination across departments to support the facility's mission and growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure adherence to standards
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Manage department budget and resource allocation
- Ensure quality assurance and patient safety standards
