We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead and oversee engineering operations, drive technical innovation, and support the successful execution of strategic business objectives. This leadership role is responsible for managing engineering teams, optimizing processes, guiding product and project development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong business acumen, technical expertise, and a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

Position Responsibilities Engineering Leadership
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for engineering teams and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement engineering goals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop engineering managers, team leads, and technical staff.
Project & Program Management
  • Oversee engineering projects from concept through implementation.
  • Establish project priorities, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure successful execution of deliverables.
  • Manage risks, resolve technical challenges, and maintain project quality standards.
Technical Strategy & Innovation
  • Lead the development and execution of engineering strategies that support business growth.
