Director of Distribution & Channel Development Full Time Sales MI, US Location: Texas or Midwest Company: TIME Manufacturing Company Position Summary The Director of Distribution & Channel Development is responsible for developing and executing the company's distribution strategy across North America while supporting the growth of the Export and Latin America distribution channels. This role is accountable for maximizing the performance of existing distribution partners, expanding channel coverage in strategic markets, and driving profitable growth across all TIME Manufacturing brands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the distribution and channel strategy across North America. Lead the performance management of the distributor network through business plans, KPIs, scorecards, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Build strong executive relationships with distribution partners to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction. Identify, recruit, negotiate, and onboard new distribution partners to strengthen market coverage and support strategic growth objectives.

Develop and execute channel expansion strategies across underserved and high-potential markets. Lead the commercial development of the Export and Latin America distributor network, supporting market expansion and partner performance. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Service, Parts, Operations, and Finance to ensure distributors have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. Manage distributor agreements and ensure alignment with company objectives and performance expectations.

Monitor channel performance, competitive activity, and market opportunities, recommending strategies to improve market share and channel effectiveness. Champion best practices across the distributor network while serving as the primary commercial leader for distribution and channel development across all TIME Manufacturing brands.

Proven success leading and growing independent distributor or dealer networks. Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience developing channel strategies and driving partner accountability. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead strategic initiatives. Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America, with periodic international travel to support Export and Latin America partners.
