A Director of Creative Development leads the creative vision and strategy for projects within an organization, such as film, television, advertising, or digital media. They oversee the development of new ideas, manage creative teams, and collaborate with writers, designers, producers, and clients to bring concepts to life. Their responsibilities often include evaluating and selecting projects, guiding the creative process, ensuring alignment with brand goals, and nurturing talent within their team.
