Director Of Business Intelligence Analytics Jobs

• Lead a team of Business Intelligence Analysts and analytics professionals delivering enterprise reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical insights
• Define and execute the business intelligence strategy supporting Internal Audit objectives, operating model, and transformation initiatives
• Partner with senior audit leadership to develop executive reporting, performance metrics, KRIs, and KPIs
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting solutions for audit planning, execution, risk assessment, issue management, and strategic decision-making
• Establish reporting standards, visualization best practices, and governance processes
• Identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and operational improvement opportunities through data analysis and business intelligence solutions
• Collaborate with technology, data management, and business teams to improve data accessibility, quality, lineage, and reporting capabilities
• Drive automation and modernization of reporting processes
• Present insights, trends, and recommendations to executive leadership and influence strategic decisions through data-driven storytelling
• Support implementation of audit technology solutions, reporting platforms, and analytics capabilities
• Manage a portfolio of reporting and analytics initiatives while balancing priorities and stakeholder needs
• Promote data-driven decision-making through thought leadership, education, and coaching
• Lead or provide supervisory oversight to complex audits and ensure completion
• Plan, lead, manage, and oversee audit activities across multiple areas
• Oversee audit communications and reporting with stakeholders, senior management, and external auditors
• Act as audit lead or advisor to management and teams; report emerging trends, issues, opportunities, and recommendations
• Facilitate key discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audiences
• Adhere to internal policies, enterprise frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory guidelines
• Manage relationships with business lines, corporate functions, and control functions
• Assess and maintain a culture of risk management and control
• Participate in cross-functional and enterprise initiatives as a subject matter expert
• Provide thought leadership, foster teamwork, support team members, participate in knowledge transfer, and coach team members

• Undergraduate degree required
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Big Tech experience strongly preferred
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or comparable enterprise business intelligence platforms
• Strong understanding of data modeling, semantic models, dimensional modeling, reporting architecture, and dashboard design principles
• Experience developing executive-level scorecards, board reporting, KPI frameworks, and strategic performance management solutions
• Strong SQL proficiency for data validation, analysis, data extraction, and reporting solutions
• Experience using Python, Alteryx, Power Query, or similar tools to automate reporting and analytical workflows
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise reporting governance, data quality controls, and reporting standards
• Strong understanding of audit, risk management, compliance, issue management, and regulatory reporting concepts
• Experience leading large-scale reporting modernization, platform migrations, or business transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, master data management, and information management practices
• Experience applying AI-enabled reporting, natural language insights, predictive analytics, or emerging business intelligence technologies
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling skills
• Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
• Occasional domestic travel required; international travel never
