Job description

Description
At TSP, we build the teams behind the breakthroughs. We connect visionary life sciences companies with the world-class talent they need to accelerate patient therapies and change lives.
Join TSP and build the teams that bring life-changing therapies to patients.
At TSP, a Syneos Health company, we empower life sciences innovators-from emerging biotechs to global pharma leaders-by delivering the talent they need to succeed. We are seeking a senior, client-facing leader to drive our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) partnerships and shape the future of talent in the life sciences industry.
This is a role for a proven relationship builder with deep life sciences industry credibility. You are a trusted advisor who can connect with life sciences leaders, understand their unique challenges, and design world-class talent solutions that drive business growth.
What You Will Do
  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute talent solution designs to secure new partnerships across the biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Act as the primary client solutions owner for key accounts, fostering deep trust with executive leaders and ensuring we are a vital partner in their success.
  • Lead & Innovate: Quarterback the entire sales process, from initial discovery and solution design to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Use your deep industry knowledge to guide clients, anticipate their needs, and partner with our delivery teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Make an Impact: Connect our integrated solutions across the broader Syneos Health organization to bring unparalleled value to your clients.

What You Bring
  • Required: 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting, with a significant track record in business development and achievement of annual revenue goals exceeding $1 million.
  • A proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements within the life sciences industry.
  • An established, senior-level network across biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
  • Exceptional executive presence and the ability to operate as a credible, consultative partner to C-suite and HR leaders.
  • Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Compensation: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for performance-based commissions and bonuses.
Equal Opportunity Employer: TSP is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer (Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled).
