Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Director of Product Management, Software to drive the growth and expansion of our Infrastructure management software portfolio. This role requires strong leadership skills, including proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing product management teams.
This position will be based at our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
  • Own multi-quarter or multi-year product roadmaps and business cases of management software at Data center level
  • Hire, mentor, and scale organizations of product managers and leaders.
  • Execute business growth and oversee SW release decisions
  • Handle escalations related to Infrastructure management software

Qualifications:
  • 15+ years' experience in Datacenter Infrastructure Management technology with 10+ years of direct people leadership and P&L roles.
  • Direct experience in business development of Datacenter Infrastructure software is required
  • Experience in a highly matrix global organization in similar scope/scale role
  • Significant experience in systems firmware, new product development, and program management (embedded firmware experience)
  • Proficiency in data center infrastructure, including servers, racks, cooling, power conversion, distribution, intelligent software monitoring.
  • Demonstrated leadership leading geographically dispersed teams through a transformational or servant leadership style, while ensuring compliance and accountability.
  • Good understanding of Knowledge of industry standards, roadmaps and engineering standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related engineering field. Advanced degree in Engineering or MBA preferred
  • Ability to influence and partner across a global matrix.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in dealing with management, employees, customers and other organizations within the company.
  • Executive level communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% travel (international and domestic).

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
