We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Growth Analytics & Optimization to lead our efforts in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through advanced analytics and optimization strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth analytics team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Design and oversee A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns and product features.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and data science teams to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key growth metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling to forecast growth trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing funnel performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of analysts and optimization specialists.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven experimentation and optimization.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
