Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. This role will serve as the face of the office, the first voice on the phone, and a key support partner across administrative and accounting functions. If you enjoy balancing customer service, office coordination, and data accuracy, this opportunity may be a great fit.
This is a fully onsite, part-time position with preferred hours of either 11:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM or 1:00 PMโ€“5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As business needs continue to grow, there may be an opportunity for this position to transition into a full-time role.
What You'll Do
  • Answer and route incoming calls as the primary point of contact for the office
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain internal phone directories
  • Monitor and triage incoming helpdesk tickets
  • Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Enter timesheets and vendor invoices with a high level of accuracy
  • Support invoicing reports and accounting documentation
  • Maintain organized reception, lounge, and meeting areas
  • Provide receptionist coverage during planned absences, vacations, and sick leave as needed

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills and proficiency with spreadsheets
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
