Job description

Job Title: Network / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract-to-Hire

Overview

We are seeking a Network / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support a rapidly growing enterprise environment. This role combines hands-on network and systems engineering with cloud infrastructure administration and Active Directory implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting both on-premises and cloud-based environments and be comfortable working onsite to support users, systems, and network operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, gateways, and related hardware/software.
  • Provide hands-on support for desktop, systems, and network-related issues across a growing office environment.
  • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.
  • Manage cloud-based networking components, security controls, firewalls, load balancers, and redundancy solutions.
  • Participate in Active Directory design, implementation, administration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure reliability, availability, and security of systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support office expansion and technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting cloud infrastructure in Azure and/or AWS.
  • Active Directory design, deployment, and administration experience.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
  • Ability to work onsite and provide direct support to end users and infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Experience with cloud-based networking and infrastructure design.
  • Previous involvement in office expansions or enterprise infrastructure growth projects.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

  • Hybrid Network and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills from desktop support through network infrastructure.
