Job description

GovCIO is hiring for a Network Engineering Team Lead with an active Secret clearance to provide technical leadership to a senior level Network Engineering team responsible for enterprise class network infrastructure spanning hundreds of locations. This position is located in Arlington, VA and is a hybrid onsite/remote positions. Responsibilities Responsible for leading efforts such as day-to-day maintenance activities, new and existing projects, maturing team processes, mentoring team members, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent ability to work with other teams to include vendors and ability to manage customer expectations. Technical requirements include: * Provide classified and unclassified Tier 3 SME level leadership support for the design, implementation, and deployment of network specific technologies across the DEA Enterprise environment consisting of hundreds of locations worldwide.
* Provide engineering and operational support for cloud providers to include AWS and Azure, on-premise datacenters, campus networks, Dynamic Multipoint Virtual Private Networks (DMVPN), Layer 2/3, wireless networks, network applications installed on client workstations, optimization of various LAN and WAN environments, datacenter load balancing, network access security to include 802.1x and Cisco ISE.
* Provide SME level support for Cisco ACI, Cisco NDO, Cisco APIC, Cisco UCS, virtualization (VMWare), and UCS Director. Qualifications Bachelor's with 12+ years network engineering (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience * Clearance Required: Active Secret with ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability Posted Salary Range USD $187,000.00 - USD $187,000.00 /Yr.
