Shift: Sunday through Thursday 4 pm start time

This role involves working in varied temperature environments and outdoor conditions. NDCP is a $3 billion supply chain company supporting over 10,000 Dunkin' locations across the U.S.

Responsibilities
What you'll do:
1. Safely operates a tractor trailer truck that transports product to and from specified destinations.
2. Conduct a proper pre-trip inspection to ensure the vehicle is safe to operate.
3. Ensures delivery-related paperwork is in order before departing the Distribution Center or
transportation hub.
4. Prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery of products.
5. Assists with the loading of trailer at supplier locations.
6. Detaches loaded trailer and picks up empty trailers in a safe manner into store locations.
7. Maintains proper logs of travel and product according to Federal, State and DOT regulations.
8. Maintains contact with Member Services / applicable operations transportation personnel to
communicate any delivery problems or delays.
9. Ensures the cleanliness and presentation of the interior of the truck cab.
10. Conducts a proper post-trip inspection to ensure equipment is in good working order to minimize
delays the following day.
11. Timely reports any vehicle maintenance or malfunction issues to the appropriate Transportation
Supervisor.
12. Utilizes a high level of customer service in serving as the primary NDCP point of contact between
the Distribution Center and the supplier.

Qualifications
Qualifications you bring:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
2. Current Class A CDL and Medical card required
3. Minimum of six (6) months Class A CDL driving experience. Experience driving in the food industry is
highly preferred
4. Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) in accordance with NDCP's hiring requirements
5. Ability and willingness to operate a manual and automatic transmission tractor
6. Ability to safely operate a refrigeration unit and a lift gate
7. On Board Computer/Electronic Log System experience preferred
8. Ability to read a map and/or follow written directions to navigate assigned routes efficiently and
safely
9. Demonstrated knowledge of DOT regulations and Commercial Motor Vehicle requirements
10. Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service mentality
11. Ability to work effectively in an individual and team environment
12. Effective decision-making skills and sound judgement
13. Ability and willingness to work varying work schedules, as needed, to support NDCP's operation
