Position: Civil & Energy Project Manager Requisition Number: 2026-1050-09S&ME's Raleigh office is seeking a skilled Civil & Energy Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects for clients in the Energy, Industrial, and Mining sectors, particularly those involving natural gas distribution, transmission systems and waste management. Conduct site visits and engage with clients to ensure expectations are exceeded.Permitting & Design - Lead both environmental and non-environmental permitting efforts, such as Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plans, Floodplain Development Permits, DOT and utility encroachments, and site grading.
