Job description

Reporting to AVP, Software Engineering you will set technical direction, inspire a high-performing team, and drive the delivery of world-class web and mobile experiences at global scale.
You'll thrive in this role if you bring executive presence, strategic clarity, and a passion for building elegant, high-impact digital products in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the UI development strategy for Nasdaq's Generative AI products, ensuring alignment with broader engineering and business objectives.
  • Inspire, develop, and empower a team of UI engineers to deliver responsive, accessible, and high-performance web and mobile experiences.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and design leadership to align on architecture, API integration strategy, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Champion engineering excellence by establishing standards for code quality, testing, and scalable development practices.
  • Drive application performance, reliability, and scalability across web and mobile platforms.
  • Contribute to cross-functional roadmap planning and the broader technology strategy for the Generative AI organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive leadership experience in UI or front-end engineering, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing development teams.
  • Demonstrated success in setting technical vision and delivering complex, production-grade web and mobile applications.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and design functions at a senior level.

This position can be located in Atlanta or Denver, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $124,000 - $229,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
