What We Need:

iHeartMedia’s sales leadership is seeking a dynamic SVP, National Digital Sales. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic advertising partnerships with digital advertising agencies and advertisers throughout the east region. Further, this position will oversee the growth and plan for the region. Successful candidates must be motivated, enthusiastic, and a self-starter able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Candidates must have both sales and sales management experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and execute go to market strategy for the Central region including but not limited to a short and long term account & agency plan, related staffing plan that supports scaling of business, ability to define clear lines of account and agency responsibility, eye for scoping and onboarding strategic revenue endeavors and knack for cross-organizational collaboration.
  • Manage and proactively sell to Central region digital advertising agencies and brands Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan through a deep understanding of iHeartMedia’s products, available ad inventory (including streaming audio, podcasting, video, display, sponsorships, and custom marketing programs) Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close Collaborate with Connections team to add strategic consultation to named accounts Accountable for servicing and driving customer satisfaction for accounts in territory Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with corporate, advertising and public relations communities Drive mindshare and market share gains across agencies through consistent and strategic coverage plans. Partner with operations organization to set proper expectations with customers and super serve their needs Develop presentations to corporations and agencies designed to sell marketing solutions Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize advertising revenue, including product marketing, research, account management, and more
What You’ll Need:
  • 5+ years experience in a sales management role
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify, hire and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude
  • Robust network of agency and client relationships
  • Ability to design, deliver and execute marketing strategies and presentations
  • Must be knowledgeable and savvy with digital and social platforms
  • Prior demonstrated prospecting experience through cold calling, networking and meeting functions
  • Proven track record of reaching sales targets and revenue goals
  • 7+ years Digital Account Executive (or equivalent) outside sales experience
  • Strong existing network of agency/brand contacts and relationships
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Compensation:
