Job description

Job Title

Position Overview: This position will be responsible for delivering our liquid fuels directly to our customers, while maintaining all DOT safety rules and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Safe and accurate delivery of full transport loads of liquid fuels to direct customers, as well as, owned bulk plant facilities
  • Driver performs all loading and unloading of fuel at point of origin and customer locations
  • Operate truck and trailer in accordance with Department of Transportation safety regulations, all loading facility rules, and all other applicable laws
  • Maintain, clean, and perform regular inspections of company equipment
  • Perform general labor duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required with HazMat and Tanker Endorsements
  • 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Prior experience with fuel delivery preferred, with clean driving record
  • Knowledge of and ability to comply with all DOT, FMSCA rules & regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection and maintenance of equipment
  • Ability to use electronic communication tools to receive, send, and record daily data
  • Willing to work flexible hours, as hours will vary depending on the needs of the customers
  • General math skills required
