Social And Family Care Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. You will leverage advanced telehealth technology to conduct virtual therapy sessions while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards to protect client privacy and confidentiality.

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.
• Collaborate directly with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and therapy preferences.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment interventions.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, providing comprehensive information about treatment options and self-care practices to foster resilience.
• Monitor and document client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in integrative care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to provide a holistic treatment approach.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance therapy methods and client support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring accuracy and integrity in client records.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Advocate for clients' mental health needs and work towards reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues in the community.

In this role, you will provide therapeutic support primarily to individuals and families dealing with various mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation challenges. Your commitment to creating a safe and trusting space will empower clients to explore their feelings and develop effective coping strategies, ultimately assisting them in their journey towards healing and stability.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients through exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Empathy and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and administrative duties effectively.

• Experience working in community health settings or similar environments that serve diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Background in working with clients recovering from addiction or co-occurring disorders is a plus.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
