Leads new origination underwriting. Develops a strong sense of partnering that results in additional business for both the mezzanine group and the regions within the Huntington footprint. **Duties and Responsibilities:*** Source direct and indirect investment opportunities* Manage relationships with fund managers* Evaluate, diligence, and underwrite investments* Track and analyze investment portfolio* Monitor compliance and regulatory reporting* Facilitate investment funding and monitoring* Develop and maintain financial models* Provide risk evaluations and reporting support* Identify process and technology improvements* Collaborate across investment team* Perform other duties as assigned**Exempt Status: (Yes** = not eligible for overtime pay) (**No** = eligible for overtime pay)Yes**Workplace Type:**OfficeOur Approach to **Office** Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
