Raleigh, NC & Surrounding Areas

Nu Look Home Care Agency is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team.
We're looking for nurses who understand that quality home care requires strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals receive safe, person-centered care in their homes.
Responsibilities May Include:
  • Conducting nursing assessments and reassessments
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating plans of care
  • Monitoring clients for changes in health or condition
  • Providing skilled nursing services within the RN scope of practice
  • Coordinating with physicians, caregivers, families, and other members of the care team
  • Providing oversight and guidance to direct-care staff when applicable
  • Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Supporting quality assurance and regulatory compliance
  • Educating clients and caregivers regarding care needs and health-related concerns
  • Following agency policies and applicable state and federal requirements
Qualifications:
  • Current and unrestricted North Carolina RN license
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently in a home and community-based environment
  • Ability to successfully complete required employment screenings
  • Home care or community-based nursing experience is preferred
