Qualifications
  • Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN or CCNE)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
  • Nursing related Master’s degree required (must be initiated within one year post hire and completed within 4 years)
  • Certification in specialty area required within 2 years of hire date

Position Preferences:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience as a Labor RN preceptor
  • Experience with Professional Development programs, such as CE development, Professional Ladder, Leadership Fellowship, Simulation Facilitation, NRP instructor
  • Progressive leadership roles
