Job description

We are hiring a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations to join our team in Marion, IL! This role will assist with clinical operations, compliance, and growth for the nation's largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide medical support to our clients in their homes. We have offices in 60+ cities and nearly 20 states!

This role is centered on evaluation and coordination, not traditional bedside nursing. The emphasis is on observing, documenting, and guiding care rather than performing direct clinical procedures.

What you’ll do

  • Complete initial and ongoing client assessments

  • Evaluate client condition and home environment to develop Plans of Care

  • Review documentation and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance

  • Monitor for changes in condition and coordinate appropriate follow-up

  • Collaborate with families, case managers, and internal teams

  • Assist with branch growth and clinical operations initiatives
