Job description

Manufacturing EngineerWhat You’ll Be Part Of

You will be part of a manufacturing engineering team supporting the production of medical devices and other highly regulated products. This role works closely with production, quality, R&D, and operations teams to develop and optimize manufacturing processes while maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and production workflows
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, quality issues, and improvement opportunities
• Support production teams with troubleshooting and process optimization
• Develop and improve tooling, fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing methods
• Support new product introduction and transition of products into manufacturing
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, cost, and efficiency
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process specifications
• Support equipment qualification, process validation, and process improvement activities
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Production, and Operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or medical device production environments
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and continuous improvement
• Understanding of quality systems and regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing and process issues
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, production, and operations teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process, or medical device engineering
• Medical device, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred
