Job description

We are looking for a new member of our team in a small but growing company, someone who can function in a split role which involves both event planning and running as well as taking shifts as a retail associate both within our retail location(s) and other venues such as shows and conventions.

The events would consist of both small scale and large scale gaming related events focused on game systems such as Magic: the Gathering, Warhammer, Board Games, and more. Small events would be weekly recurring events with a focus on promotion of such events while larger events would occur at different frequencies and would focus on creating exciting and fun tournaments or shows. This role may require obtaining rule certification for different systems, known as judge qualification, in order to help run events which require a judge to be present.

Additionally you will be required to work retail shifts behind the counter and at conventions/shows.

Must have reliable transportation.
