Job Summary

The Manufacturing Process Auditor performs shop floor and process audits to support the Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements while supporting continuous improvement and maintaining product integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct floor audits (process, 5S, safety, and compliance)
  • Verify adherence to quality standards and documentation requirements
  • Maintain accurate audit records and reports
  • Support QMS audits and quality system activities
  • Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams on improvements
  • Communicate audit findings clearly and effectively

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of manufacturing quality or auditing experience
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliant)

Preferred

  • CNC or machining quality experience
  • Certified Process Auditor (CPA)
  • Experience with QMS and continuous improvement

  • Work performed in a clean, organized, controlled manufacturing setting
