Marine Systems, Inc. is hiring a Shop Supervisor for our machining and fabrication shop in Paducah, KY location. 42003
Responsibilities
  • Supervise machining, fabrication and repair of components in Industrial and Marine applications
  • Work effectively with co-workers, manage 10+ employees Finish
  • Communicate directly with customers
  • Interface directly with suppliers to obtain technical information
  • Work closely with Purchasing and Customer Service
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects
  • Effectively work as a Team Leader
  • Able to generate quotes for Minor/Major Projects
  • CAD/CAM, simulation software, and proficient with data analysis tool
  • Perform activities within department budget and schedule requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 5 - 7+ years of experience
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must have good writing skills
