What You’ll Do
  • Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of advanced ML and Generative AI systems.
  • Drive the design and deployment of agentic systems and robust evaluation frameworks.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate bold ideas into production-ready platforms.
  • Guide teams through the full AI product lifecycle, from conception to scale.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in ML modeling and Generative AI systems, including agentic architectures and evaluation methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling large-scale AI systems in production environments.
  • Hands-on leadership through at least one end-to-end AI product lifecycle.
  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative field - Computer Science, Operational Research, Statistics, Economics or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Startup experience, including building products from 0→1 and scaling them successfully.
  • Track record of operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
