Position:Senior Manager Supply Chain, Global Logistics

Job Location:811 Excellence Dr, Bentonville, AR 72716

Duties:Leverageextensive hands-on experience with SQL to query and process largeamountof data from different data sources such Big Query, Hive ensuring consistent data visibility for metrics reporting across all business units.Consolidatedashboards into a few key standardized ones that address the most critical business questions andintegratingall dashboard applications into a single unified product tomaintainconsistency and streamline reporting processes. Establish reporting standards, create dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure that data insights are accessible and understandable to nontechnical stakeholders. Developing and implementing self-service tools that enable the analytics team to generate custom reports and visualizations independently. Partner with the Product Analytics Management, Product Managers, Business Strategy, Design, and Engineering teams to define business requirements and analyze existing and new product initiatives. Translate business requirements into strategic initiatives, build business cases, and drive business impact. Helpfosteringa high-performing data analytics team culture through effective mentoring,coachingand training.

Minimum education and experience required:Master's degree or the equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field plus 1 year of experience in logistics or area; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field plus 3 years of experience in logistics or related area.

Skills required:Must have experience with:Using ETL tools to gather data from multiple sources and transform for operations and leadership reporting (Alteryx, Tableau Prep, and Dataiku); Developing analytical and visibility dashboards using BI tools (Power BI and Tableau); Coding in SQL to manage relational databases and performing various operations on large datasets; Using multiple data warehouses and cloud platforms to analyze data and drive business insights (Oracle, MS SQL query, Google Big Query, and Teradata); Developing process automation to reduce manual touchpoints (VBA Macros and MS Power Automate); Performing statistical analysis and probabilistic determination to find business patterns and uncover hidden relationship between variables (Regression models, and Minitab); Performing cost modeling and risk analysis using NPV models in MS Excel; Building time-series regression frameworks integrating seasonality, promotional lifts, and macroeconomic indicators to improve forecast accuracy and reduce MAPE; Developing constrained/feasible MPS/DRP plan over aligned time horizon using ERP; Developing and maintaining advanced analytical models to identify excess and obsolete inventory trends, root causes, and potential financial impacts; Creating Capacity models and align outcomes with Procurement and sourcing strategies to manage supply chain constraints; Improving core supply chain KPIs such as fill rate, on-time delivery (OTD), in-stock and lead-time reliability through better planning, inventory positioning and execution.Employerwill accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Rate of pay:$90,000.00 - 180,000.00/year
