As a Director, Learning & Development, you'll define and scale CLEARโ€™s talent management and development strategy to build a high-performing, future-ready organization. You'll partner closely with senior leaders to design programs that accelerate growth, strengthen leadership capability, and drive measurable business impact.

What you'll do:
  • Define and lead CLEARโ€™s talent management and succession planning strategy to strengthen leadership pipelines and organizational capability
  • Build and scale talent development programs, including onboarding, manager training, leadership development, and high-potential initiatives
  • Partner with People Partners and business leaders to design and execute talent reviews, development plans, and succession strategies for critical roles
  • Leverage data and insights to identify talent trends, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve ROI across all initiatives
  • Develop and implement inclusive, equitable talent practices that expand opportunity and strengthen internal mobility across CLEAR

The base salary range for this role is $145,000-$180,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEARโ€™s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARโ€™s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
