  • Expand your expertise in instructional design, learning technology, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Enjoy flexible work options: on-site in Salt Lake City, remote, or hybrid roles available nationwide.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice President of Learning Solutions, this role is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding strategic client relationships across enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping organizations solve business challenges through custom learning, talent, and technology solutions while collaborating closely with internal design, technology, and delivery teams.
  • Build and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts in partnership with marketing, design, and tech teams.
  • Consult with clients on performance, learning, training, and enabling technologies.
  • Create tailored presentations for business leaders across industries.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Craft proposals and SOWs with the support of tech and design teams.
  • Develop and execute outbound outreach strategies to generate new opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and solution development through negotiation, contracting, and handoff.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with learning strategy, design, technology, and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance metrics.
Qualifications
We value sales and consulting experience, especially in instructional design and learning technology. However, our top priorities are creativity, resourcefulness, technical aptitude, and a passion for learning. We also seek individuals who contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance accelerators. Weโ€™re looking for candidates with:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales (L&D or tech related fields), serving enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
  • Proven success in meeting sales quotas and exceeding client expectations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to generate opportunities and move initiatives forward independently.
  • Confident engaging prospective and existing clients through outreach, discovery conversations, presentations, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT); Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel to meet with clients, prospective clients, and internal colleagues.
