The firm is hiring an Associate Director, Investor Relations to join its IR and fundraising team as a primary point of contact for Limited Partners.**Key Responsibilities**- Own the CRM (Dynamo) as the source of truth for investor, prospect, and portfolio company data- Manage fundraising pipelines for the Opportunities and Ventures funds- Oversee monthly reconciliation of fund balances and transactions from fund administrators (e.g., HedgeServ)- Lead setup and ongoing management of data rooms for fundraising and investor reporting- Support fundraising strategy, marketing materials, and event management, including the Annual LP Meeting and investor webinars- Manage relationships with European placement agents to support international investor pipeline development- Oversee compliance-reviewed investor-facing materials, quarterly reporting, and capital activity communications**Qualifications**- 8-10 years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, private equity, or fund operations- Advanced CRM expertise, including system optimization and data governance; Dynamo experience strongly preferred- Deep knowledge of fundraising strategy, LP engagement, and due diligence/onboarding processes- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm credibly with LPs**Location:** Boston, MA (On-site)Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
