  • Own delivery for Orchestrator end to end, including the intake pipeline, coordinator-facing application, voice automation, and EHR write-back
  • Grow the team through hiring, run interview loops, close candidates, and onboard new hires
  • Stay technical through design documents, code reviews, and occasional production incidents
  • Set the integration strategy and determine when to use HL7 v2, FHIR, and X12 versus UI automation
  • Prepare the system for growth in referral volume, customer count, and integration count
  • Partner directly with existing customers, health system IT, interface analysts, and clinical operations leads
  • Translate customer workflow conversations into generalized product abstractions and configurable solutions
  • Coach engineers into larger scopes and provide direct feedback on scope performance
  • Work with the Director of Engineering on roadmap and prioritization
Requirements
  • Direct experience building software that integrates with EHRs
  • Shipped and supported an integration against at least one major EHR platform
  • Working fluency in healthcare interoperability, including HL7 v2 message structure, FHIR resources, interface engines, and site-specific customization
  • Strong full-stack engineering background
  • Experience building and operating production services and interfaces
  • At least 1 year managing engineers
  • 5 or more years as an IC engineer
  • Comfort with ambiguity in the problem space
  • Track record of building products that serve many customers rather than one
  • Experience with document AI or OCR pipelines at scale is a plus
  • Experience with voice agents or telephony infrastructure, including SIP, IVR navigation, and real-time speech, is a plus
  • Background in referral management, prior authorization, care coordination, or revenue cycle is a plus
  • Experience selling and supporting into large health systems, including security review and integration onboarding, is a plus
  • Ability to work from the Mountain View or San Francisco, CA office 3 days per week
  • U.S. work authorization/sponsorship status disclosure required
