Real Estate Staging & Design Specialist

A Real Estate Staging & Design Specialist at Beacon Davenport is responsible for transforming properties into market-ready assets that attract buyers, drive engagement, and maximize sale value. This role blends interior design, project execution, and client collaboration to deliver high-impact visual experiences that perform in todayโ€™s competitive real estate market.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
Property Evaluation & Strategy:
  • ย Assess occupied and vacant properties to identify opportunities that improve marketability and perceived value
  • ย Develop staging strategies tailored to target buyers, price point, and neighborhood trends
Design Execution:
  • ย Select and source furniture, decor, artwork, and accessories to create cohesive, on-trend environments
  • ย Stage spaces with strong visual flow, functionality, and buyer appeal
  • ย Make recommendations for paint, lighting, and minor upgrades that elevate the overall presentation
Client & Agent Collaboration:
  • ย Partner with homeowners, real estate agents, and internal teams to align on staging goals and timelines
  • ย Present staging plans and confidently guide clients through design decisions
Project Coordination:
  • ย Work alongside contractors, movers, and photographers to ensure seamless execution
  • ย Oversee installation days, ensuring quality, efficiency, and attention to detail
Logistics & Inventory Management:
  • ย Manage staging inventory, track assets, and coordinate delivery/pickup schedules
  • ย Maintain organization across multiple active projects and timelines
Marketing Readiness:
  • ย Prepare homes for photography and listing, ensuring each space is camera-ready
  • ย Collaborate with photographers to capture high-performing listing images
De-Stage & Turnover:
  • ย Coordinate timely removal of staging items once properties go off market
  • ย Ensure inventory is returned, maintained, and ready for future use
What You Bring:
  • ย Experience in home staging, interior design, real estate, or a related field
  • ย Strong design eye with a clear understanding of buyer psychology and current trends
  • ย Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency
  • ย Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • ย Strong project management and organizational capabilities
