Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Product Management to join our Interactive Graphics Solution team. We are aiming to lead the graphical user experiences across the industry and serve the most massive projects built in today's world. This team builds the graphics infrastructure that the whole company builds on. While the current focus is AEC, we are providing the foundation for all design and make products in Autodesk.

You will be building the platform that drives the whole company but also drive significant revenue for visualization products such as Navisworks and Model Coordination, with a deep, passionate user community that is looking for us to deliver more. Reporting to the Vice President of Interactive Graphics Solutions, you'll lead a team of product people focused on creating the best experiences for interactive visual experiences that will power Autodesk's AEC products and beyond.
As this is a global role, you will work across multiple time zones with a heavy weight on Europe and East Coast of the US and travel for in-person meetings such as conferences, team offsites, and customer visits. This position is hybrid remote and can be based in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with experts and leadership in developing the graphics strategy for the whole company

  • Lead and ensure a holistic, cohesive product vision and strategy for Visualization Solution platform and products

  • Partner closely with business strategy and sales to align on market opportunities

  • Set a high bar for product clarity, execution rigor, and cross-team collaboration

  • Create and maintain roadmaps focused on customer outcomes, managing the plan from concept through execution, delivery, and post-release adoption and business success

  • Ensure the establishment and tracking against strategic objectives, key results, and product health KPIs

  • Attract, scale, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers to drive impact across a geographically dispersed team of internal partners and stakeholders

  • Ensure cohesiveness and excellence in the practice of product management

  • Be a role model for communication with customers and internal stakeholders, from telling our strategy, to facilitating alignment towards shared goals, and handling challenging situations

  • Model collaborative leadership across organizational boundaries to establish self and team as trusted partners across Autodesk

  • Develop and manage strong and lasting relationships with customers across firms of all sizes and across the globe

  • Articulate product value to customers while differentiating products from competitive offerings

  • Represent the Autodesk Graphics and Visualization products and broader Autodesk strategy at customer sites, conferences, and other external venues

  • Foster alignment with stakeholders across the company and maximize joint outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in product management or AEC or Graphics technology leadership

  • 10+ years' experience managing a team of Product Managers and/or Product Owners

  • Deep understanding of Graphics and BIM Modelling

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams on sizeable cross-functional and cross-organizational projects

  • Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to make well-informed decisions and develop business strategies

  • Experience and comfort managing stakeholders, risk, and uncertainty

  • Mastery of taking very complex ideas and conveying them in a concise and impactful manner

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities to effectively communicate product strategy and vision to both executive and customer stakeholders

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a global team and travel for work up to 25% of the time

  • Familiarity with scrum/agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree

  • Experience and track record for making business cases, establishing and tracking business goals, and understanding financial metrics

  • Be an expert and connected to the graphics community

  • Has a background in the AEC industry

Vous developperez la plateforme qui anime l'ensemble de l'entreprise, mais vous contribuerez egalement a generer un chiffre d'affaires significatif pour les produits de visualisation tels que Navisworks et Model Coordination, grace a une communaute d'utilisateurs passionnee et tres active qui attend de nous qu'on lui apporte toujours plus. Responsabilites

  • Collaborer avec les experts et la direction pour elaborer la strategie graphique de l'ensemble de l'entreprise

  • Diriger et garantir une vision et une strategie produit holistiques et coherentes pour la plateforme et les produits de solutions de visualisation

  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes de strategie commerciale et de vente afin de s'aligner sur les opportunites du marche

  • Fixer des normes elevees en matiere de clarte des produits, de rigueur d'execution et de collaboration inter-equipes

  • Creer et maintenir des feuilles de route axees sur les resultats clients, en gerant le plan depuis la conception jusqu'a l'execution, la livraison, l'adoption post-lancement et la reussite commerciale

  • Veiller a la definition et au suivi des objectifs strategiques, des resultats cles et des indicateurs de performance cles (KPI) relatifs a la sante des produits

  • Attirer, developper et fideliser une equipe hautement performante de chefs de produit afin de generer un impact au sein d'une equipe geographiquement dispersee composee de partenaires internes et de parties prenantes

  • Garantir la cohesion et l'excellence dans la pratique de la gestion de produit

  • Servir de modele en matiere de communication avec les clients et les parties prenantes internes, qu'il s'agisse de presenter notre strategie, de faciliter l'alignement vers des objectifs communs ou de gerer des situations delicates

  • Incarner un leadership collaboratif au-dela des frontieres organisationnelles afin de positionner l'equipe et soi-meme comme des partenaires de confiance au sein d'Autodesk

Qualifications Minimales

  • Plus de 15 ans d'experience dans la gestion de produits ou dans des fonctions de direction liees aux technologies AEC ou graphiques

  • Plus de 10 ans d'experience dans la gestion d'une equipe de chefs de produit et/ou de responsables produit

  • Connaissance approfondie de l'infographie et de la modelisation BIM

  • Experience dans la direction et le developpement d'equipes hautement performantes sur des projets interfonctionnels et interorganisationnels d'envergure

  • Maitrise de l'utilisation des donnees et de l'analyse pour prendre des decisions eclairees et elaborer des strategies commerciales

  • Experience et aisance dans la gestion des parties prenantes, des risques et des incertitudes

  • Maitrise de la capacite a saisir des idees tres complexes et a les transmettre de maniere concise et percutante

  • Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite, ainsi qu'en presentation, pour communiquer efficacement la strategie et la vision produit tant aux dirigeants qu'aux clients

  • Capacite a collaborer efficacement avec une equipe internationale et a voyager dans le cadre de son travail jusqu'a 25 % du temps

  • Connaissance des methodologies Scrum/Agile

Qualifications Souhaitees

  • Diplome de MBA

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $206,000 and $369,050. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
